| Its finally here! The econo version of our original boxed beam kit. This new kit utilizes a D-35 beam end to allow you to keep your Ranger 5 on 4.5" bolt pattern. This is also available with a D-44 beam end for the guys that want to run the larger components. Like most beam kits on the market, this one is constructed of 3/16" P&O plate which allowed us to cut the cost down nearly in half, while still giving you the strength you need! Just like our original boxed beams and radius arms, the internals are exactly the same. Trial and error are what makes this beam unique and very strong, unlike some that have been imitated by others. After almost 2 years of R&D we learned that a square bottom beam is not the best option for the harsh desert environment. We also learned that the placement for the internals are extremely critical. A vertical rib and a horizontal rib alone just won't hold up to certain conditions. We have developed a much stronger internal structure that eliminates the possibility of folding the beam. Our unique lower shape, as well as, the welded upper portion plays a huge role structurally in that department. We did our homework and set another goal!
