We have personally tested a few well known brands like 5150, M-Whips, MB-Whips, Grandmas Whips, Gorilla Whips, R1 whips, Buggy Whips, NoCo Whips and a few other LED whips. NONE of them compare to the overall quality of the Marshin whips! They hands down have the best mounting base design which is machined and coated in the USA. LED's like EVERY whip manufacture are made in China but the solid white whips are much brighter than competitors. The poles are very high quality as well. Country of origin we do know. Electronics we suspect over seas as well. Overall they are the best you can get.

- Limited Lifetime Warranty Coverage
Marshin Whips warranties that its off-road LED whips, including LEDs, connectors, and bases are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a lifetime period from the date of purchase.
- Coverage Conditions
A. This limited Lifetime warranty applies only to Products purchased from authorized Marshin Whips retailers or directly from Marshin Whips.
B. The limited Lifetime warranty is non-transferable and is exclusively offered to the original purchaser of the Product.
C. The limited Lifetime warranty is void if the Product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, accident, negligence, improper installation, modification, unauthorized repair, or any other form of physical or electrical damage.
D. This limited Lifetime warranty does not cover any issues resulting from acts of nature, such as fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, or other similar events beyond the control of Marshin Whips.
- Warranty Claims and Procedure
A. To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact Marshin Whips customer support within the Warranty submission sheet attached on the bottom of this page.
B. Proof of purchase, such as a valid sales receipt or order confirmation, must be provided when submitting a warranty claim.
C. Marshin Whips requires the original purchaser to return the defective Product, at their expense, for inspection and verification of the claimed defect. They will be required to pay shipping back to the owner.
D. If the Product is determined by Marshin Whips to be defective under the terms of this limited warranty, Marshin Whips will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product of equal or greater value.
E. If Marshin Whips determines that the defect is not covered under this limited warranty, the original purchaser will be responsible for all costs associated with repair, replacement, and return shipping.
- Exclusions and Limitations
A. This limited Lifetime warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic damage, scratches, fading, or discoloration.
B. Marshin Whips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product.
C. The maximum liability of Marshin Whips under this limited Lifetime warranty is limited to the purchase price of the Product.
- General
A. This limited Lifetime warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Marshin Whips, and there are no other warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
B. Marshin Whips reserves the right to modify or terminate this limited warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
C. This limited Lifetime warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Marshin Whips is located.
